All staff receives ongoing training in First Aid and Child protection. We have specially allocated staff that has received in-depth training in First Aid and Health and Safety.

There are 4 designated officers for child protection.

Play Training

The organisation has invested in play training in recognition of the value of play in improving better outcomes for children:

  • Play Gathering – weekend of intensive play training for 6 staff
  • Diversity in Play – promoting inclusive play activities and experiences
  • Play day
  • Outdoor play – playing outdoors training took place in the forest
  • Play
  • Quest – 2 week play audit with targeted play training for staff and participation focus for children.
