First Aid, Child Protection and Health and Safety
All staff receives ongoing training in First Aid and Child protection. We have specially allocated staff that has received in-depth training in First Aid and Health and Safety.
There are 4 designated officers for child protection.
Special Needs
The organisation has invested in special needs training. Specific staff also have achieved and attended training in the following areas

Play Training
The organisation has invested in play training in recognition of the value of play in improving better outcomes for children:
- Play Gathering – weekend of intensive play training for 6 staff
- Diversity in Play – promoting inclusive play activities and experiences
- Play day
- Outdoor play – playing outdoors training took place in the forest
- Play
- Quest – 2 week play audit with targeted play training for staff and participation focus for children.
