Volunteering
Lisburn Lord Mayor's Award for Volunteering 2008 Footprints Women’s Centre boasts a proud history of volunteering spanning almost two decades. During that time numerous volunteers helped to establish a strong tradition of giving and self help which is at the heart of the Centre’s work.
Footprints has a strong team of active volunteers who give some of their free time each week to support the services available in the Centre.
Volunteers can commit their time to suit their individual circumstances and can volunteer in the following areas:
- Office Administration
- Kitchen/Catering
- Childcare
- Summer Scheme
- Senior Citizens
- Representing Footprints at outside venues
We offer in-house training for areas of volunteer interest and childcare can be arranged for volunteers
