Brave Belfast Cailíní is a youth-led campaign by NSPCC Northern Ireland and Footprints Women's Centre.
Led by a group of young women and girls aged 12-16, this campaign empowers young women and girls to support one another in understanding healthy relationships, consent, and how to engage in conversations about boundaries.

-
It’s important to support your peers about healthy relationships
-
Boundaries should be talked about and respected
-
Consent should be present and respected in all aspects of a relationship
-
Everyone should know the signs of healthy and unhealthy behaviours in a relationship
-
Young women and girls deserve respect and dignity
-
Ask for support – think about adults who you can trust or reach out to a support service

-
Adults should aim to be a ‘trusted adult’ for the young women and girls in their lives
-
Access to information about healthy relationships and consent to be made available and accessible to all young people
-
Schools and teachers should make conversations around healthy relationships a priority
