Footprints Preschool room caters for children aged 3-4yrs.

At this stage the children are preparing for nursery school and are developing their emotional skills & intelligence.  We focus on giving the Preschool children the skills to recognise, discuss and deal with their emotions and feelings.

 

Our spacious rooms are purpose built and designed to provide your little ones with the space and opportunity to explore and discover new experiences every day.  Staff provide daily activities such as painting, cookery sessions, sensory play, activities and walks, as well as outdoor play in our fantastic award winning outdoor gardens.

All rooms have woodland views with yoga, mindfulness, and dance sessions delivered regularly in house by experienced practitioners, assisting learning and development and supporting physical and emotional health and well-being.

Children need to remain active throughout the day.  We promote daily outdoor play with all children having access to our outdoor sensory garden, soft surface place area, woodland meadow and eco barn. Hands-on learning in the natural environment stimulates children's senses through what they hear, touch, see and feel.

Our staff are all highly trained at Level 3 or above and always eager to learn new ways to create nurturing learning environments for your children.
