Working Towards a Better Tomorrow
From Humble Beginnings...
Working towards a better future
Footprints Women's Centre was founded in 1991 and is located in the Colin area of West Belfast. We provide a holistic, high quality service for women and children and welcome women and children of all ages and from all backgrounds to our Centre. Together with local women we also lobby for respect and equality in a peaceful society.
As the only dedicated service for women and children living within the Colin area, we provide affordable, flexible and quality daycare provision and family support services alongside access to Creche, counselling, wellbeing, training and personal development programmes, volunteering opportunities and food initiatives including health workshops, garden allotments and a community shop under one roof.

Responding to needs of local women and their families, we fill recognized gaps and offer a relaxing and welcoming environment. We also operate as a social enterprise and own a trading company incorporating both Day-Care and Food services. All profits from trading are 'gifted back to the Women's Centre.
